Job summary

SupportZebra is seeking a logistics supervisor with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in BPO logistics accounts. The role involves overseeing air and ocean freight operations, including import and export workflows, and hands-on TMS and Doc360 usage to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead teams, monitor SLAs and KPIs, coach staff, and ensure SOP compliance in a fast-paced Manila operation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience handling a Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain account (LOB) in the BPO industry.
• At least 1–3 years of supervisory experience overseeing logistics-related operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Air or Ocean freight operations, including import and export workflows.

Job description

• Understanding of logistics processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational compliance.
