Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics and warehouse management.
• Strong 3PL management and OTIF focus.
• Proven ability to conduct stock reconciliations and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics activities and warehouse management to meet service standards.
• Coordinate with Sales and OTC; manage 3PL relationships.
• Maintain accurate SAP data to enable analytics and reporting.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations and cycle counts with the finance team.
• Provide monthly KPI and OTIF reports; communicate updates to Management and Sales.
• Monitor 3PLs for timely order confirmations and on-time delivery.
• Review OTIF reports with 3PLs and OTC to implement corrective actions.
• Flag slow-moving or expired stock and coordinate actions with correspondence team.
