Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate movement, storage, and delivery of materials and finished goods. The role ensures timely deliveries and accurate records while coordinating with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments to uphold policies and standards.

The candidate will oversee warehouse operations, monitor OTIF metrics, and drive improvements in KPIs such as OTIF and delivery lead time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of logistics performance metrics, including OTIF.
• Ability to monitor and improve OTIF performance.
• Understanding of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and delivery lead time.
• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and company branches.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Implement warehouse safety procedures, 5S, and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve delivery and inventory concerns.

EDUCATION

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.
