Job summary

IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a skilled Language Validation Project Coordinator to oversee linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish in adherence with IQVIA SOPs.

The role involves coordinating translation and localization efforts, predicting delivery timelines, and collaborating with Senior Project Managers to meet client expectations. You will select vendors, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years of experience in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects: Linguistic Validation, eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
• Good teamwork and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under limited direction.
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple translation and localization projects from receipt to completion.
• Coordinate all project phases and efficiently predict the delivery of those phases to deliver within the best possible deadline.
• Work with the Senior Project Managers to assess the client's expectations or specifications.
• Select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across multiple locations.
• Monitor and control projects status and progress.
• Budget and finance management of projects, ensuring all work is completed within assigned budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the project to ensure effectiveness is maintained.
