Job summary

Elite WorldGroup Services Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of translation and language service projects in Ortigas, Pasig.

You will collaborate with clients, translators, interpreters, and internal teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in project coordination or operations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation, interpretation, and localization projects from initiation to completion
• Review project requirements including scope, language pairs, deadlines, and client specifications
• Assign and coordinate with translators, interpreters, editors, and other language professionals
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Track progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding project requirements and updates
• Clarify client instructions, specifications, and expectations
• Prepare and send project-related communications, quotations, confirmations, and updates
• Address client concerns professionally and coordinate with teams to resolve issues
• Review deliverables for completeness and compliance with client requirements
