Job summary

Aretex Business Services Inc is seeking a motivated accounting professional to run and manage critical accounting processes for diverse client businesses in the Philippines.

You will handle payroll processing, statutory taxes, tax compliance (BIR), government filing, and FS preparation, while upholding regulatory standards and accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accountancy, and strong GAAP/PFRS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Strong ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or Xero.
• Understanding of Philippine taxation and financial standards (PFRS).

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a local or multinational company

• CPA license is an advantage but not required

• Strong background in general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial standards (e.g., PFRS)

• Proficient in a range of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Xero

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage deadlines, lead process improvements, and support audits

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments
