Job summary

Aretex Business Services Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to join a young, dynamic team in Manila. You will run and manage critical accounting processes for clients across various industries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes payroll processing, tax compliance, statutory filings, and FS preparation. We prefer a candidate with a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and 3–4 years of relevant experience; CPA is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Strong background in GL management, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of Philippine taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial standards (e.g., PFRS).

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a local or multinational company
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Strong background in general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial standards (e.g., PFRS)
• Proficient in a range of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Xero
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, lead process improvements, and support audits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments
