Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year course, preferably business-related.
• Background in Loans and Microfinance is an advantage.
• Resident of the area or nearby (within 30 min travel time to the store location).
• Very good MS Office Application Proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site/area visits within the local region and nearby towns.
• Perform sales and marketing on bank products.
• Engage clients with product orientations and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate loan applications and collect necessary documents.
• Verify document authenticity and conduct KYB where required.
• Review loan forms and support underwriting and follow-ups.
• Ensure efficient loan document preparation and processing.
• Facilitate loan approvals and monitor application status.
• Prepare timely loan reports and monitor past-due rates.
• Support collections and promotional activities.
