Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a Loans Specialist-Sales (Marketing) to drive field-based sales and marketing activities across Coron and nearby areas.

You will engage clients, promote bank products, and facilitate loan applications while ensuring proper documentation and underwriting support. The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a field setting, with driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent
• Background in Loans and Microfinance is an advantage
• Resident of the area or nearby places with ≤30 mins travel
• Very good MS Office proficiency
• Good judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales/marketing role
• Driving license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct site/area visits (field work) within the area and nearby towns
• Perform sales and marketing on bank products
• Engage clients and present product orientations and marketing strategies
• Facilitate loan applications to clients
• Verify loan documents and authentication of attachments
• Review loan applications and perform underwriting and KYCR
• Ensure efficient loan document prep and processing
• Support loan approval and monitor status
• Prepare and submit accurate loan reports in a timely manner
• Monitor loans to minimize past-due rates
• Ensure releases are billed on the specified date
• Prepare/compose deviations justification
• Assist in collections and promotions activities
