Qualifications

• With background in Loans and Microfinance is an advantage.
• Resident of the area or nearby places (within 30 min travel).
• Very good MS Office Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Do site/area visits within the area and nearby towns.
• Perform Sales and Marketing on bank's products.
• Engage clients, perform product orientation and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate Loan Application to Clients.
• Verify loan doc attachments and review loan apps.
• Underwrite loans and conduct Know Your Customer.
• Ensure efficient loan document prep and processing.
• Facilitate loan approval and monitor status.
• Prepare timely loan reports and monitor past due rates.
• Ensure releases billed on the identified date.
• Assist in collections and promotion activities.
