Job summary

Golden Topper Investments Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support in-house financing activities. The role covers preparing disclosure statements and folders, assisting buyers with financing, and coordinating document collection and turnover with multiple departments.

You will also manage loan and title transfer documents and liaise with the title group on endorsements for buyers due for title transfer, plus additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Good documentation and oral/written communication skills.
