Responsibilities

• Preparation of Disclosure Statements (in-house financing computation) and disclosure folder.
• Buyer assistance for in-house financing.
• Coordination with various department for document collation and turnover process.
• Loan and title transfer requirement document librarian.
• Coordination with title group for endorsement of list of buyers that are due for title transfer.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
