East West Banking Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Loans Service Delivery QA and Reconciliation Associate to join our operations team onsite. The role focuses on reviewing loan applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with KYC and lending requirements.

You will perform QA across consumer lending products, extract and analyze reports to identify discrepancies, coordinate with business units, and prepare validation results within SLAs, contributing to strong risk management

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan applications and documents for completeness and compliance.
• Conduct QA reviews across consumer lending to ensure policy, credit guidelines and turnaround times are followed.

• Coordinate with business units to clarify findings and support correction of document/process gaps.
• Prepare and submit QA checklists and validation reports within SLA timelines.
• Support risk management and compliance through accurate QA reviews.

What The Role Will Entail

• Review and validate loan applications, supporting documents, collateral records, and customer information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with KYC and lending requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews across consumer lending products, ensuring adherence to the Bank's policies, credit guidelines, delegation of authority, maker-checker controls, and prescribed turnaround times.
• Extract and analyze reports, account records, and loan files to identify discrepancies, control exceptions, process deviations, and potential risk exposures.
• Coordinate with business units to clarify findings, elevate issues, and support the timely correction and regularization of documentation and process gaps.
• Prepare and submit QA checklists, validation results, and review reports within established service-level and turnaround-time standards.
• Help strengthen operational compliance and risk management by delivering accurate quality assurance reviews and supporting initiatives that mitigate audit, regulatory, and reputational risks.
