Responsibilities

• Analyze and ensure accuracy of loan transactions and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support Unit Head with staff performance, scheduling, vacation leaves, competency gaps, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure timely handling of requests from other units, branches and borrowers with the agreed SLA.
• Identify weaknesses in loan processes and propose improvements; collaborate with teams for system and process enhancements.
• Review, authorize and validate transactions ensuring documents are defect-free and compliant with terms.
• Ensure daily loan processing is completed and encoded in Retail Lending system per SLA and TAT.
