Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings in Cebu City seeks a diligent Lending Center Officer to ensure service quality and efficient operations. The role oversees loan application processing, approvals, and the release of loan proceeds, while maintaining CIFs and handling daily accounting tasks.

The incumbent will respond to inquiries on loan status, generate daily/month-end reports, and support team leaders with related duties. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: Bachelor's/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Process and ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications and balance end-of-day transactions.
• Receive and process loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee.
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds to borrowers.
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers.
• Receive and answer inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements.
• Generate reports and balance all transactions for the day and during month-ends.
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transaction.
• Handle record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets.
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders.

Job description

Responsible for the overall service and operational efficiency and quality assurance of assigned lending center / business lending unit. He/she shall see to it that the required turn-around-time, company policy, operational controls and regulatory compliance are met at the highest level.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
