Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a responsible professional to oversee the service and operational efficiency of the lending center. The role ensures timelyTurn-around-, adherence to policy, controls and regulatory compliance in all loan activities.

The incumbent will manage loan processing, CIF maintenance, release of proceeds, inquiries, daily/month-end reporting, and related accounting entries as part of a banking center team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers
• Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transaction
• Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders

Education

Bachelor’s/College degree in Business or related course
