Job summary

China Banking Corporation (Chinabank) is seeking a Loans Assistant to support the processing of loan transactions, ensuring timely releases, accurate documentation, and coordination with branches.

You will handle loan releases, renewals, and payments, compute interests and charges, prepare promissory notes and records, and maintain core banking system data while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required or encouraged for fresh graduates.
• Strong business writing and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Process loan releases, renewals, and payments accurately and on time.
• Compute loan interests and charges according to procedures.
• Prepare loan documents including promissory notes and disclosure statements.
• Record and maintain loan data in the bank's core system.
• Coordinate with branches and business units to facilitate processing.
• Monitor maturities and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
