A leading financial institution is seeking an Account Service Manager to ensure timely servicing of loans and trade transactions. This role involves supervising staff and liaising with various operating units while maintaining compliance with bank policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in loan operations and strong communication skills. A background in a Business or Finance course is preferred. This position allows for significant stakeholder management and client interaction.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in Loans Operations Processing.
• Background in Commercial Loans and/or Trade Transactions Processing is an advantage.
• Must have a solid background in client or customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing of all loans and trade transactions to IBS customers.
• Supervises the Account Service Associate/s (ASA).
• Ensures proper documentation for all transactions.
• Assists in handling transaction-related customer complaints.
• Monitors timely submission of BIR 2306 and 2307.
