Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of assigned external collection agencies.
• Evaluate collection strategies to maximize productivity and recovery rates.
• Coach and motivate external collectors to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare endorsements and timely releases to agencies for collection efforts.
• Control activities of agencies to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns and issues.
