Job summary

Emapta is hiring a Junior Loan Servicer to support US loan servicing from its Ortigas office. You will deliver account support, help with payment arrangements, and maintain proactive borrower communications, contributing to higher borrower satisfaction and smoother lending operations.

The role requires at least 3 years of loan servicing experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled omnichannel tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in loan servicing, preferably in a Team Leader or SME capacity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional borrower support and handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan servicing and account concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex borrower issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of borrower communications and servicing activities.
