Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a loan processor in Cebu City to handle loan releases, renewals, extensions, and servicing tasks. The role includes preparation of amortization schedules, statements, and collateral release notices, with strict attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will maintain orderly loan records, process payments and notes, and balance end-of-day reports while coordinating with officers and units across IBG/CLG/ Specialized loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Processes loan releases, renewals, extensions and restructuring under RB (IBG/CLG Accounts).
• Attends to promissory notes and disclosure statements per loan terms and secures originals for SCU and copies for officers.
• Reviews postdated checks for defects and posts in the PDC Warehousing system.
• Processes loan payments and returned checks; prepares official receipts and implements debit/set-off instructions.
• Applies interest booking instructions to ensure rates conform with bank guidelines.
• Prepares statements of accounts, amortization schedules, collateral release advices, and other loan documentation.
• Maintains orderly loan records and assists with retrieval or disposition of notes and files.
• Ensures timely processing and adherence to service level agreements; handles inquiries related to loans.
• Reviews and balances end-of-day workstations and reconciles reports with processed bookings.
