Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service in financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company is an advantage.
• Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
• Must have good communication skills and highly customer service-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite in Ligao.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales.
• Handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients.
• Serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
