MVP Asia Pacific Inc., a leading outsourcing firm in the Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Broker Support / Loan Processor to join onsite. You will support end-to-end loan processing, liaise with clients and lenders, and maintain accurate data in CRM and reporting systems.

The role emphasizes precision, independence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering timely updates to lenders and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end loan processing.
• Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist brokers with end-to-end loan processing from application through settlement.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, dealerships and third parties to gather and verify documents.
• Input and maintain data in CRM and reporting programs such as sales logs.
• Follow-up with lenders and clients to ensure smooth and quick loan progression.
• Manage post-settlement tasks and keep records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.
• Create invoices and perform general administration tasks to support the team.
