Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in sales, loan processing, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to perform client coordination, fieldwork, or branch support when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process by gathering, checking, and monitoring required documents and account requirements.
• Provide client support by explaining loan requirements, procedures, application updates, and addressing basic concerns.
• Maintain accurate client information, loan records, sales trackers, and application reports through proper encoding and documentation.
• Coordinate with branches and internal departments to ensure timely processing, endorsement, approval, documentation, and loan release.
• Support sales activities, client follow-ups, reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and data privacy standards.
