Job summary

BPI Direct Banko, Inc. A Savings Bank is seeking a Loan Associate to drive loan origination and maintain quality portfolio through proactive relationship management. You will identify and solicit loan accounts, assess client needs, and ensure complete documentation for credit evaluation.

The role requires a 4-year degree, sales aptitude, strong local network, and willingness to perform field work up to 95% of the time; travel within the branch area is expected.

Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year degree in finance/management/economics or related field.
Sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude considered.
Familiarity with the branch community, markets, and local networks.
Willing to perform field work (approximately 95% of the time).

Responsibilities

Identify, solicit, and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
Implement strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
Gather, assess, and validate loan documentary requirements and client information for credit evaluation.
Assess funding structures suitable to client needs.
Monitor and service accounts to maintain loan portfolio quality.
Provide inputs to improve lending policies and guidelines.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
