Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management, client support, or a related role. Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated client information.
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and responses.
• Monitor submission completeness and follow up on pending requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and updating of account records.
• Endorse accounts to accredited banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor approval progress and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with clients and banks regarding deficiencies or additional requirements.
• Assist in achieving loan take-out targets.
• PAG-IBIG Housing Loan Take-Out Process.
• Monitor delinquent or inactive accounts.
• Prepare and send demand letters when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of account status and collection activities.
• Support account resolution and account cleanup activities.
• Endorse approved take-out accounts to the Documentation Team.
• Ensure completeness and validity of required documentation.
• Help minimize buyback risks and documentation issues.
• Track documentation status and follow up on pending items.
• Provide timely updates and assistance to buyers/clients.
• Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and minimize complaints or unresolved concerns.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
