Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in processing and compiling banking documentation.
• Familiarity with core banking and document control systems like ICBS and Mobius.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents and checklists for government agencies, banks, and developers.
• Compute applicable fees/taxes/ownership & registration expenses.
• Verify completeness of customer information files in ICBS/AFE as applicable.
• Scan and index documents of new accounts in Mobius per document chart.
• Process collateral release requests and prepare related advisories and deeds.
• Coordinate with custodianship officers on retrieval of original documents and release of mortgage.
