Dempsey Resource Management is hiring a Sales and Marketing Staff for an office-based role in Santolan Pasig. The start salary ranges from 15,000 to 18,000 PHP monthly, with Monday to Friday shifts and direct hire (not through an agency).

The position targets candidates with 1–2 years in telemarketing or sales in Lending or Banking, strong communication, and a proactive, result-driven mindset. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 4-year college grad or 4-year undergrad in any business course; SHS grad acceptable.
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability are essential.
• 1–2 years in telemarketing or sales in lending/banking is preferred.
• Good negotiation and closing skills are required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and persistence are valued.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Introduce company services clearly and friendly; gather basic client information.
• Reach out to lenders and financing businesses; understand their collection/tracking process.
• Explain digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking) and assist onboarding.
• Maintain call logs and reports.
