Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a to support loan applications by ensuring complete documentation and timely processing. You will administer endorsed leads at the branch, monitor pending accounts, and coordinate with other departments to push loans through to release.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of loan products, strong customer service, and the ability to liaise effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2.1-2 years of experience or graduate of any 4-year business-related course, with relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for two weeks; hotel, meals and travel expenses covered.
• Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident written and verbal communication; liaises with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Screen and process endorsed leads for the assigned branch, and monitor pending accounts to support sales objectives.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
