Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch.
• Regularly monitor pending accounts to support sales objectives.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
