Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a Freight Load Booker to source, negotiate, and secure profitable loads for our trucking operations.

You will use major US load boards and broker networks to maximize fleet revenue per mile. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of US trucking logistics experience, strong negotiation, and fluent English, with the ability to work US PST night shifts from Cebu City.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Load Booker, Freight Broker Agent, or Logistics Coordinator in the US trucking sector.
• Proven track record on US load boards and negotiating with American brokers.
• Knowledge of the U.S. freight market and logistics.
• Basic math skills to calculate measurements, dimensions, and weights.
• Exceptional negotiation and fluent English communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work US PST night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source and book profitable loads using major US load boards and broker networks.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with US brokers to maximize fleet revenue per mile.
• Set up new broker packets and ensure all compliance, insurance, and onboarding paperwork is completed.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure load continuity for drivers.

Job Overview:

The Freight Load Booker is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing profitable loads for our trucks using US load boards and broker networks. The ideal candidate knows how to build relationships with brokers, negotiate top dollar, and minimize empty miles (deadhead).

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and book profitable loads using major US load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and direct broker networks.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with US brokers to maximize fleet revenue per mile.
• Set up new broker packets and ensure all compliance, insurance, and onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.
• Coordinate closely with the Dispatch team to ensure seamless handoffs and load continuity for drivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Load Booker, Freight Broker Agent, or Logistics Coordinator in the US trucking sector.
• Proven track record of navigating US load boards and negotiating with American freight brokers.
• Knowledge with the U.S. freight market and logistics
• Basic math skills and able to calculate numbers (measurements, dimensions, and weights)
• Exceptional negotiation and fluent English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on US PST night shifts.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila Time

Work Arrangement:

Office-based | 2nd Floor, Lexmark Plaza 3, Cardinal Rosales Ave. Cor Samar Loop, Cebu Business Park, 6000, Cebu City
