Job summary

Eskilled Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Course Build Developer / QA for a hybrid role delivering Course Build projects across OLA, CCB, and ECB, and performing QA to meet requirements and timelines.

You will work across three build types, update and maintain builds, conduct QA testing, document defects, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring high-quality outcomes for online learning content.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years LMS administration or eLearning development experience
• Quality assurance and testing experience
• Skilled in course builds, assessments, SCORM packages, LMS configuration and QA
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and compliance
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and update OLA, CCB, ECB projects based on approved resources and requirements
• Perform QA testing, document defects with steps and evidence, and validate fixes
• Review client requirements and prepare task breakdowns and estimates for planning
• Transfer and configure content for external builds while ensuring alignment with client needs
• Maintain version control, test updates, and ensure changes meet quality standards
• Contribute to QA checklists, testing procedures, and process improvements
