Job summary

ByteDance in Taguig is seeking a Live Campaign Operations Associate to support the development and execution of live campaign strategies. You will monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and help optimize creator campaigns to boost content output and audience engagement.

The role collaborates with live agencies and internal teams to streamline event execution, align rules, and drive regional online events that grow revenue and strengthen community activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
