Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of live campaign and content operation strategies, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Support creator campaign lifecycle management, assist in launching themed activities to boost creator activity and content output quality.
Collaborate with live agencies and internal teams to align campaign rules, improve event execution efficiency and operational capability.
Plan and execute regional online events and creator incentive campaigns to enrich content diversity, activate community atmosphere, and drive revenue growth.
