Job summary

Shop Buildmate is seeking a Team Leader to guide CSR agents and Live Sellers toward targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee live sales performance, address customer needs, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and team effectiveness.

The role requires leadership experience in customer service or sales, familiarity with live-streaming platforms, and knowledge of customer service software.

Qualifications

• Leads teams to meet targets and maintain service quality.
• Familiar with live-streaming platforms (Facebook Live, Instagram Live, etc.).
• Experience with live sales platforms and customer service software.
• Experience in e-commerce or online sales is a plus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
