Qualifications

• Graduate of Development Studies.
• At least 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement livelihood programs.
• Develop masterplans, proposals, and business models for farmer associations and community enterprises.
• Coordinate with partner organizations to secure resources and technical support.
• Facilitate product development, packaging, and market linkages.
• Track organizational and individual income from livelihood initiatives.
• Maintain databases on membership, income, product and marketplace activity.
• Prepare progress and final reports for stakeholders.
