Job summary

Blue Star Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Livestream Operation Specialist to oversee and execute all aspects of live stream production from planning to delivery in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, experience with OBS, and the ability to work on a shifting schedule to ensure high-quality streams and timely delivery of digital content.

Job description

Ensures quality equipment set up and consistency of high-quality video stream throughout the shoot or live stream. Oversees and executes all aspects of live stream production according to plan, including casting, set design, and technical integration from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Ensures quality equipment set up and consistency of high-quality video stream throughout the shoot or live stream

Facilitates video and photo shoot of KOLs/hosts for needed content or digital asset curation for social media accounts

Oversees and executes all aspects of live stream production according to plan, including casting, set design, and technical integration from start to finish

Prepares digital assets, audio files, scenes, live stream product sets, and streaming protocol before the live stream

Design OBS layouts and stickers for TSP live streams or any digital campaigns

Troubleshoots video and audio streaming systems and addresses necessary technical problems

Prepares sales reports and other relevant reports generated from streaming PCs

Monitors the upkeep of live streaming equipment and make necessary and real-time reports about equipment needs, issues, and other needs

Participates actively in brainstorming with the team and the management for live stream campaign requirements, video content production, and other relevant matters

About you

Experience as a Livestream Operation Specialist (LOS) is an advantage

Knowledgeable in OBS (Open Broadcaster Software)

Experienced in setting up livestream rooms and equipment

Can monitor and troubleshoot livestream operations

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Strong technical and communication skills

Must submit an updated resume and portfolio
