Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is hiring a Senior Analyst, Live Service in Market Operations. The role provides pre and post-trade operational support across LSE and Turquoise, with desk coverage from early morning to late night Manila time, and weekend/bank holiday shifts.

You will work with Sales, product development, IT, and CCPs to monitor markets, recover from incidents, and improve processes. The team ensures stability and client service in a high-risk, front-line environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role supporting financial clients and services.
• Accurate, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willing to work extended trading hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in professional, client-focused settings with defined processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude; works well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time operational support for live trading and post-trade activities.
• Manage incident resolution and market recovery actions across LSE and Turquoise.
• Monitor risk indicators and document control gaps; collaborate across teams.
• Act as first-line support for clients and respond to queries and disputes.
• Coordinate with project managers, IT, and Sales/Trading on system enhancements.
