Andrea Secret is hiring a Live Seller to drive online sales by hosting engaging live sessions across major platforms. You will present products with clarity, answer questions, and build brand loyalty while collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of livestreaming or related experience, familiarity with domestic platforms, and strong sales/communication skills. Onsite work in Manila with rotating shifts is provided.

Qualifications

• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and other domestic e-commerce platforms.
• Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills.
• Amenable to a shifting schedule arrangement.

• Familiarity with OBS Studio preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Larksuite or DingTalk.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Live Seller drives online sales and brand engagement by hosting live sessions on key e-commerce and social media platforms. This role presents products effectively, interacts with audiences to build trust and loyalty, supports marketing campaigns, and analyzes performance metrics to optimize results.

Job Description:

• Host live selling sessions on designated platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other e-commerce sites.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly, providing detailed descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions.
• Engage with the live audience by answering questions, offering recommendations, and building rapport to foster trust and brand loyalty.
• Promote exclusive deals, bundles, and promotions during live sessions, using upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line, including new arrivals and bestsellers, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to plan live stream topics, schedules, and promotional content.
• Monitor viewer engagement, sales performance, and audience feedback, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior High School diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of livestreaming or related experience preferred. Fresh graduates or with no experience are more than welcome to apply (as long as you are willing to learn and be trained)
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and/or other domestic e-commerce streaming platforms
• Good at handling customers and building relationships
• Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills
• Amenable to a shifting schedule arrangement
• Comfortable in high-engagement environments
• Friendly, confident, and extroverted personality
• Familiarity with OBS Studio preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Larksuite, DingTalk, or similar software.

Offered Salary Range: ₱18,070.00 to ₱20,000.00 (Monthly)

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite; Mondays to Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
