Job summary

Biocostech Philippines Corporation in Mandaluyong is seeking a Live Host Manager (E-Commerce & Digital Marketing) to lead the live host team and drive performance across TikTok, Lazada, Shopee and other platforms.

You will coach hosts, manage scheduling, ensure brand-consistent shows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, sales and logistics to optimize promotions and conversions. The role demands hands-on leadership and a data-driven approach to revenue-generating live sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading live-host teams or similar sales-driven teams.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and live-stream sales.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs such as revenue and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Live Host Team Leads and Hosts with coaching.
• Oversee onboarding and certification of new hosts.
• Ensure 100% adherence to required live hours per brand.
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and internal policies.
• Own and monitor monthly KPIs: Sales Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV, Viewership.
• Collaborate with CSMs, Creatives, Ads and Logistics.

Role Purpose

The Live Host Manager is responsible for the leadership, strategy, and performance of our live hosts. This role ensures that every live session across all brands is high-energy, on-brand, and most importantly, converts viewers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and manage all Live Host Team Leads and Hosts; provide consistent coaching, conduct performance reviews, and identify staffing/recruitment needs to support brand growth.
• Build a high-performing culture through recognition programs, skill-upgrading workshops, and cross-training across different brand categories.
• Oversee the onboarding and certification of new hosts, ensuring they are "live-ready" with deep product knowledge and sales tactics.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day live across all platforms (TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) to ensure show quality and on-brand presentation.
• Manage complex scheduling and roster changes to ensure 100% adherence to required live hours for each brand.
• Ensure strict compliance with platform-specific rules and internal policies to protect our accounts from penalties.

Performance & Commercial Growth

• Own the brand’s live performance targets: set, monitor, and drive monthly KPIs including Sales Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV, Viewership, and Engagement.
• Track host-specific metrics and translate data into actionable insights and "turnaround plans" for underperforming shifts.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with CSMs, Creatives and Ads and Logistics teams to ensure live strategies align with monthly promotions, stock levels, and brand campaigns.
• Maintain and update scripts, scripts, and product FAQs to ensure hosts are always selling the most current value propositions.
