Job summary

ORRO HOME Philippines is seeking a proactive Live Host Moderator to support our live-selling operations. You will monitor sessions, engage customers in real time, assist hosts, and back up hosts to ensure a smooth, interactive shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with OBS, TikTok Studio, TikTok Live and Shopee Live. A background in beauty livestreaming is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OBS is an advantage.
• Experience in beauty/skincare livestreaming is a strong advantage.
• Computer literate with livestream software, Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Able to set up and operate livestream equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues during livestreams.
• Strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
• Experience with TikTok Live and Shopee Live; familiarity with TikTok Studio and OBS.
• Understanding of product information and promotional mechanics to support Live Host.
• Familiar with product pinning, voucher setup, flash sales and campaign requirements.

• Monitor the live room, products, vouchers, promotions, comments, and livestream status in real time.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in real time.
• Assist live hosts by managing audience engagement during broadcasts.
• Conduct live-selling sessions when assigned or as substitute host.
• Maintain a positive and professional live chat environment.
• Monitor live performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support promotional campaigns and audience engagement activities.

The successful candidate will monitor live sessions, engage with customers in real time, assist live hosts, and serve as a backup host when needed to ensure a smooth and interactive shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor live-selling sessions on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Perform studio setup before every livestream.
• Monitor the live room, products, vouchers, promotions, comments, and overall livestream status in real time.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in real time.
• Assist live hosts by managing audience engagement during broadcasts.
• Conduct live-selling sessions and present products when assigned or when a substitute host is needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional live chat environment.
• Monitor live performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support promotional campaigns and audience engagement activities.

• Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live and knowledgeable in TikTok Studio, OBS.
• Good understanding of basic product information and promotional mechanics to effectively support the Live Host.
• Familiar with product pinning, voucher setup, flash sales, promotional mechanics, and campaign requirements.
• Able to quickly identify and respond to live room issues or potential platform violations.
