Job summary

Inspi Philippine Venture Merchandise Corp. seeks an experienced Creator Manager to lead and grow our live commerce creator ecosystem across platforms like TikTok Shop.

You will develop creator acquisition and activation strategies while managing TSP/MCN agency partnerships and ensuring a steady supply of high-quality live content. You will collaborate with Sales, Affiliate, Marketing, Operations, and E-commerce teams to drive creator performance, GMV growth, and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Creator Management, Live Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or E-commerce.
• 1–2 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar live platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies.
• Oversee creator performance metrics such as GMV, activation, and engagement.
• Manage relationships with TSP/MCN agencies and negotiate collaborations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and E‑commerce.
• Build a pipeline of live-ready affiliate creators and ensure timely content delivery.
