Job summary

TRND Marketing, a TikTok Shop Partner in Muntinlupa, seeks an Ecommerce Account Executive to bridge brands with internal teams. You will manage client communications, keep campaign schedules, and handle the live broadcast backend.

You will coordinate livestream calendars, review scripts, and ensure studio readiness, including OBS operations, inventory checks, and visuals, while tracking performance metrics for client reviews.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in client servicing or account management preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies or B2B sales is a plus.
• Familiar with streaming platforms and seller center dashboards.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced live media environment.
• Willing to report onsite in Muntinlupa and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of partner brands, delivering updates on campaign rollouts and deliverables.
• Coordinate livestream calendars, promotional mechanics, scripts, and product line-ups.
• Provide backend support during live broadcasts (OBS, pinned items, broadcast elements) and ensure studio readiness.
• Record and evaluate livestream data, compile briefs and client-facing reviews, and track feedback to secure approvals.
