Job summary

Etaily in the Philippines seeks an entry-level Social Commerce Operations Associate to assist in managing client relationships and day-to-day account coordination across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will support livestream readiness, campaign execution, and performance data tracking.

You will collaborate with the Social Commerce Account Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery, with growth toward an Account Manager role under guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduate with relevant internship in digital marketing or social media, or 1–2 years in account coordination.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and creator content formats.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple deliverables.
• Data literacy with basic Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to learn seller tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account management tasks and campaign schedules.
• Verify daily campaign steps across TikTok Shop and marketplace listings.
• Support livestream readiness including pre-live checklists and vouchers.
• Deliver daily/weekly data reports with views, CTR, orders, and GMV.
• Monitor live broadcasts and document issues, track engagement.
• Collaborate with Creative, MCN, and Production to meet deadlines.
• Gather marketplace insights, monitor competitor activity and trends.
• Handle ad-hoc admin tasks and resolve basic account queries.
• Provide updates to Account Managers and escalate bottlenecks or shortages.
