Qualifications

• Experience overseeing live and recorded productions and coordinating broadcast teams.
• Ability to design technical layouts for multi-camera shoots and live streams.
• Familiarity with testing, safety standards, and documentation in broadcasting.

Responsibilities

• Live and Studio Production Management: supervise production and operate broadcast equipment and coordinate staff.
• Pre-Production and Technical Planning: lead planning sessions and design layouts for multi-camera or hybrid setups.
• Systems Integration and Equipment Management: set up, maintain, troubleshoot equipment, and manage inventory.
• Broadcast and Streaming Operations: oversee live stream encoding and ensure stable digital output; coordinate with IT.
• Post-Production and Technical Support: assist editors with media management, syncing, and formatting.
• Compliance, Documentation, and Quality Control: maintain logs, enforce standards, and troubleshoot under pressure.
• Collaboration and Workflow Support: lead technical team, act as primary liaison, and improve incident handling.
