Job summary

solaireresort is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate technical operations for our productions. You will lead technical teams, manage equipment, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in entertainment production or live events, and deep knowledge of streaming and broadcast workflows. You will collaborate across departments to ensure reliable streaming and high-quality shows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in entertainment production, media, live event production, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of production and streaming technologies.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of production, ensuring broadcast quality.
• Lead the setup and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Provide technical direction, including camera framing and angling.
• Operate video switcher and related video equipment.
• Contribute to creative and production direction of shows and content.
• Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to maintain streaming quality.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement best streaming practices.
• Ensure reliability and broadcast-quality output.
