Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law required with 5+ years combined experience from a law firm and in-house counsel role.
• Bar admission in good standing with the Philippine Bar.
• Knowledge of land acquisition and title transfer processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic litigation plans including risk analysis and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with external counsels and manage relationships with law firms handling litigation.
• Prepare, draft and review demand letters, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Draft and issue demand letters to lessees with outstanding accounts.
• Implement remedial measures (padlocking, utilities cutoff, repossession) when needed.
• Travel to project sites for boundary issues, ejectment, settlements and fact-finding.
• Represent the company in court or before quasi-judicial bodies when necessary.
• Support drafting, evaluation and negotiation of various contracts including leases and NDAs.
• Ensure contract language is plain, binding, and compliant with laws and policies.
• Oversee contract approvals and track deviations from templates.
