Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads or paid social campaigns.
• LinkedIn advertising certification is preferred.
• Experience integrating campaigns with CRM platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Build and manage audience segments using LinkedIn's B2B targeting options.
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding approaches.
• Run structured tests on ad formats, copy, and audiences.
• Track and analyse campaign performance; produce regular reports.
• Work alongside other paid media and marketing team members.
