Job summary

Acxelsus seeks a LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation Specialist (Japanese bilingual) to manage day-to-day LinkedIn presence and drive B2B lead generation for a Singapore-based agency. You will prospect with Sales Navigator, build ICP-aligned lists, and nurture early conversations before handoff to sales.

You will optimize company and executive profiles, publish content, and track engagement and pipelines with CRM tools, collaborating with sales and marketing to align messaging for Japanese markets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of LinkedIn account management and B2B lead gen experience.
• Must-have proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Hands-on LinkedIn content management and outreach experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
• Business-level Japanese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn presence and content scheduling for client accounts.
• Use Sales Navigator to build targeted ICP-based prospect lists.
• Execute outreach and connection requests, qualify leads early.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing for messaging and cadence.
• Track activity, responses, and lead status in CRM; report results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.
