The role requires close coordination with other departments, adherence to budget, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• College level education is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in the same role.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel/resort is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laundry operations and workflow.
• Supervise and train laundry staff, including scheduling and feedback.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and address guest inquiries.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
